Perfect for our kitchen
This is nice and bright, easy to order and put on auto delivery. Had been purchasing a different brand from a different supplier and it was not dependable. Very happy with the service.

Canisters fell apart
I like the sugar/cream, but every order I get seems to have 3-4 canisters busting open and sugar or cream spilling into the packing container. They need to be packed better or put in a stronger container. I buy the 8-pk so I lose about 6 each shipment.

Packaging insufficient
The why it is shipped in not good. 2 bottles busted open and spilt out, so it was like only getting 6 instead of 8. 3 more where damaged but not busted.

DAMAGED SUGAR CANISTER
ONE SUGAR CANISTER WAS BUSTED AND HAD LEAKED OUT MOST OF THE SUGAR BY THE TIME I OPENED THE BOX.

Lazy shipping and delivery
Quill seems to be getting lazier with packing and shipping. Sugar was spilling out of the box all the way from the delivery van to my office. Half the sugars were empty. Will not order again.

You need to package the sugar better - it always gets squished into a box and the canisters explode with sugar all over everything!

BUSTED SUGAR EVERYWHERE
This is the second time we get our sugar busted in delivery. When the box is opened sugar goes all over the floors. And then we are short one in our order. This needs to be fixed.
