Not a problem arose (I knew exactly what jacks I needed). Customer service was smooth and swift. They offered the option of home delivery, which was significantly cheaper than in-store purchase of an available USB, It arrived immediately after the 3-day weekend, Staples applies hi tech communications to customer service. It's great.

Handy Cable
This cable was just what was needed to ensure the printer (which is wireless) actually worked. With everyone working from home the wireless - in CT - is spotty during the day and prevents the printer from working when needed. Now it prints all the time!
