Bought this a couple of years ago. Out of the hundreds of printers I’ve had, this is by far the best! Great features, great copies, great printing, etc. Just what my business needed!

I only picked 1 star because it would not let me pick zero. Honestly I can't rate this item since I had to return it. The item was shipped here in a white bag and when I opened the bag - the small box was almost crushed. I was afraid to open it and use it because it may not work. So just yesterday I logged on to Staples website and got a return label to send it back. I ...

Love it!

I'm not quite sure what there is to say - it is a black toner cartridge and my copier won't print without it. I received the order within the promised 3 business days inserted the cartridge into the copier and it took off printing without a hitch.
