Cas Com pods harden and leave soap on clean dishes
I bought the large tub of Cascade Complete dish washer pods. About half way through the canister the pods have hardened and are only partially disolvEd when the cycle is complete meaning the detergent is not rinsed off the cleaned dishes. I have reverted to buying the Cascade box of granules but am extremely disappointed For the money wasted for the unusable pods.

Pods not cut apart
I have purchased Cascade pacs for many, many years…the last two packs I bought had pods that were all stuck together. They were clearly not cut correctly in the factory. I cannot return them or complete the money back form as I no longer have the receipt but I think it may be time to switch brands. Tried to cut them apart and ended up covered in soap and gel.

Terrible product
These packs were a total waste of money. I have no clue how well they clean due to the fact that they do not come out of the dispenser once the dispenser door is opened during the wash cycle. What you are left with at the end is a hard, un-disolved rock.

Low class Cascade dish washing TV commercials
I’m far from a prude and find the cascade “I do it every night” TV commercials leaving me shaking my head imagining how much money they paid for this really bad advertising decision and why, in the name of spotless glassware, they couldn’t come up with a better idea.
Low class & low brow, not a good mix for a dishwashing machine.

Needs better quality control
I buy these pods in boxes of 78. In each of the last two boxes I have bought, more than 10 of the pods have been fused together in clumps of 2, 3 or 4. If I separate the fused pods, the plastic tears and the detergent spills out, defeating the purpose of using pods. Leaves dishes smelling like soap!
I will NOT use these again! My glasses and cups smell like the fragrance in the Cascade ActionPacs! I have a new dishwasher so it really is due to these ActionPacs. I’m changing detergent immediately! Yuk

Cleans, but….
I’ve used Cascade products since the late 70s, but I’ve had to stop. The fragrance is so overpowering that it is unbearable. Plasticware such as Rubbermaid absolutely reek with the odor. In this day and age of allergies, it would be wonderful if Cascade made a fragrance-free product.

No Instructions for those that need it
Cascade Complete have no instructions on the package. Having written instructions for operations, I know that if you don't put it down in writing, there are those who will want to tear the plastic outer wrap off (like you do in most microwave meals and those who will try to just toss it in the main dishwasher, or put it in the rinse holder. Best clean ever
I bought Cascade Complete pods when Costco didn't have my usual brand. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! My silverware comes out spot free and so does my glass and dishware. This has never happened to me before. Very tired of leaking and sticking together.
We have bought these for many years and love them. BUT several of these pods in the 92 ct. stick to one another Just aggravating to lose 6 to 10 pods in the 92 pack.

I'm not sure if you've changed something or not, but I have used your action pacs for over 10 years and my last purchase of the 78 pac left a powdery film on my dishes. I use the rinse in my dishwasher along with the action pac. awful smell remains on dishes
I bought the 'Fresh Scent' cascade power clean action packs. The smell it leaves on all the dishes, cups and cutlery is awful. There is even a slight 'taste' on some things. Very disappointed.
