Perfect for me.
Love this step stool. It is compact and sturdy. Gives me enough of a boost to reach the high spots in my kitchen while putting away dishes and platters. Never bother closing it as it is obtrusive.

I have a nice lightweight aluminum stairs. But very often I need only one step to reach some spaces in my home. And it is troublesome to take stairs out of the closet.
