Remanufatured toners
Are the worst. They do not last as long as the original toners and the clarity is unacceptable.

Didn't Work in My Printer
These remanufactured toner cartridges print very faintly and sometimes not at all. I cannot recommend them.

I will never again order staples remanufactured toner. It leaks and leaves traces on the paper.
I am not blaming the toner cartridge but I have never had a paper jam with this printer until my first remanufactured cartridge

Poor print quality
We've bought the Staples brand remanufactured toner cartridges in the past without issue, but since they went to the TRU RED the quality is awful. I prints light and sometimes splotchy. I've changed it now 3 times in a short period and still getting the same result. It's not worth my time or money to use this product anymore.

poor quality
We have purchased true red brand of remanufactured cartridges in the past and been happy with their performance and value. This product did not meet our expectations. At first use, it was faded and inconsistent coverage. Tried all three cartridges with same result. Waste of money.

Poor print quality
I have noticed since installing toner cartridge that my print quality is not the same. With HP toner cartridges I have very good print quality. This one does not meet my expectations.

TRUE RED ink cartridges for HP 78A
These do work better than the quill generic toners, but not as good as the original HP cartridges. The True Red does fine on regular paper, but does NOT work on label sheets. The label sheets must be thicker & the heat does not fully secure the ink to the labels. The labels print with black toner sprinkles all over them... too messy to use the labels on the bottom 1...
