Chair came ripped
The chair was ripped under the plastic. After taking all the pieces out I had to put everything back in the box and bring it back to the store.

Gr8 Chair
Saw the chair had great reviews on Google so I popped into a Staples store to give it a test sit—loved it instantly! Ended up ordering it online (sorry store!) and boom—free delivery at my doorstep the very next day. Super comfy and really ergonomic—my back is thanking me already!

Good chair good price on sale but one issue
Good chair good price on sale but one issue. I like to lean back in my chair a lot and this one is very hard to get to go back. I have it on the loosest setting yet it is hard to get it back and not relaxing at all. I hope it loosens up in time

Nice looking and comfortable
Overall I'm happy with this chair. It was relatively easy to put together it's comfortable and it looks like the picture online. I would prefer a little more padding in the seat. And I wish the instructions had said not to tighten down the screws in Step 1 instead of Step 7 after I had already tightened them. But I am still very satisfied with the product.
