hard seat cushion
Chair seems well made but the seat cushion is way too hard for my liking. Also doesn't tilt like my old staples chair did. This may not last long in my office.

Utter garbage
The arm rests are too low. The seat was hard the second I sat on it, and once it softened up, I could feel the seat plate. The padding is ridiculously thin and crushed easily. I have had this chair less than a month. Just absolute trash they charge $159 for. If I could rate it zero stars, I would. Thank god for Asurion so I can get my money back (yet again) and get a be...

Love Chair Read Assembly Instructions!
Very good chair, Good price at $159.99. An assembly tool is included. DO Not tighten the bolts until completing assembly.
