Great chair for the price
I went to Staples three times and sat in all the chairs over and over again, because I didn*t want to buy on impulse. Much to my surprise, the Kelburne was better than chairs that cost 3 and 4 times as much. Staples assembled it for me, and I have been using it at home the past few days and really like it.

Cheap
I had this chair for a few years now. HOWEVER, I may have used it a dozen times, if that. The fake leather is peeling off the chair and going all over the room! Very cheap material...

Very Comfortable Chair

good quality but too hard and upright

The 1st one I bought years ago and served me well but unfortunately the fake leather has started to flake off all over the seat leaving black flakes all over my floor so I decided to get a new one. The chair is not comfortable because it is to stiff. The Back is to vertical and does not allow a recline motion and whole.

This was very easy to put together, probably less than 30 minutes. The instructions were very easy to understand.

Doesn't lean back
First, this chair is difficult to assemble. When we finally got it put together we find that it does not lean back without planting both feet on the ground and REALLY pushing it back.(Yes, we adjusted it all the way) It is also pretty squeaky(the faux leather). It may stop, who knows. The jury is out on keeping it.

This chair was delivered in Oct. 2023 and fell apart by February 2025, so was good for about 16 months!

A Comfortable Chair, But....
I purchased this chair from Staples about a year ago. While it is a very comfortable desk chair, I can no longer get the chair to stay at the height setting that works for me. It constantly lowers to an uncomfortable position no matter how many times I set the lock on it. This started about four months after I brought the chair home and it's quite aggravating.
