I use this as my math notebook everyday. Great paper and its bigger than most other notebooks so you have a lot of room to write on.

Used to love this now I don't.
Quality of paper has recently gone downhill. Paper is so thin you can see your writing on the back side of the page. It's horrible. This spiral notebook used to be a quality product, until now. I won't buy it again.

Paper too thin
The pages of the notebook are too light and delicate allowing crinkling and ripping unless they are turned with care.

The notebook is a pretty good notebook. Better than like really cheap ones and comes with a folder inside of it. The bad part is I know it comes with one but I choose the assorted kind.
