The Staff Loves the new Chair!!
The chair was received in a timely fashion and assembled without difficulty. It offers supreme comfort and great lumbar support (for those who may have back problems, this chair is perfect!).
Also the bonus for us was the price, for such a low price we got a great office chair. I have staff that works over night shifts and they sent me emails thanking me for the comfor...

Too short
This chair is advertise as a executive office chair, If you are less then 6 foot tall.

not real durable
Arm rest broke after only 10 months. Bolt totally snapped.

Very disappointed
This chair is advertised as a Big & Tall chair. It has a maximum weight capacity of 250 lbs. At 6' tall, my feet are sitting flat on the floor and legs are unable to even be parallel to the ground. That is a far cry from big or tall. The seat is neither deep enough nor wide enough for bigger folk.

This chair is a good value for the money. It is very comfortable, and my husband especially likes the padding on the armrests. Works for us!
Needed a new computer chair and found this on line at a "hard not to buy" deal. We are not "big and tall" people but find this quite comfortable and more plush that other ones we sat on in the store. Nice looking chair. Good size. Would be more comfortable if the back wasn't tilted so far back. Comfy but will need to put a pillow on it for my upper back area so that I'm not reclining back so much.
