Poor construction of wheel attachment
The base of the chair where the caster wheels are inserted are made of plastic. Two of the wheels bent / broke due to faulty construction. It was used for 4 months. No warranty on product. Would not recommend this chair. Giving 2 stars because the chair is comfortable.
