Hard as a rock
The chair is extremely hard. Looks great but cannot sit on it. I gave it two stars only because it is a very nice looking chair.

beautiful/classy
these are in my waiting room at a medical office. people LOVE them. the look is cozy, yet classy and polished. I couldn't be happier.
