Pretty good but a has a bit of damage.
After setting up the whole thing and destroying the packaging I noticed that the armrests are slightly damaged, like something heavy was placed on it. It's not that big of a deal but it's still there. So be careful! Otherwise I'm very happy with the loveseat!
