I purchased this headset for my laptop at work. I'm hearing impaired and wear hearing aids. I needed a headset with a mic for virtual meetings. While the headset itself is comfortable the sound on this headset is muffled. When using them in virtual meetings it's difficult for me to comprehend what some of the speakers are saying while other speakers come through clea...
