Working Well
I have only had the earphones for about 10 days, so far I am really liking them. I use a cell phone for work (making and receiving calls) and occasionally have meetings over the computer. Very light weight. I wear glasses and can put them on or remove without movement to headset. Callers can be heard clearly and I have been advised that my voice through the micropho...

Bad sound, no correct connection offered. You cannot hook up this product to a desk phone and no one at Staples understands this so no returns either
