Excellent customer service when the product was defective
The cartridge arrived speedily, but did not work well with my printer. Staples sent a replacement immediately, even before I had sent the defective one back to them. The second one arrived two days later, and works perfectly. The only hitch was that the store could not scan the return label’s bar code, and I could not print the bar code because the instructions said it ...

more affordable than HP but...
so the price is pretty good but not really crazy about the print quality. A little lighter than HP. Very glad HP is available online again.
