Not a good idea
I've been regularly ordering toners from Staples for the last 20 years, Lately they have been carrying these kind of CHEAP refurbished toners and I purchased since I trusted STAPLES (They usually never carry CHEAP stuff unfortunately I was wrong)

OEM is always better
Definitely can not compare with the original. Had lots of problem. Prints were coming up very light..

no good
the 2 toner i replace into the printer did not work right and the toner was damaged printer all black pages or out put... i wasted 2 new toners on the same printer

Not too thrilled
I bought this 2 pack in April. Usually my HP 2 pack lasts 6 months. 1 of these cartridges only lasted me a month. Defiantly going back to HP.

Horrible toner
I purchased a 2 pack of this "remanufactured" toner, and it was horrible. It has only been 3 weeks and the second cartridge has already been installed. It doesn't last near as long as the HP brand. I will never purchase this brand again.

Don't Order!
The lower price compared to the name-brand HP is not worth it - these cartridge's lasted barely 1/4th of the length of the name-brand ones. I didn't realize they were "refurbished" when I ordered them. I thought they were just off-brand, or Staples brand. Extremely disappointed and won't be ordering these again.

Cartridge review
We are very pleased with all the generic brand printer cartridges that we purchase from Staples. Very reasonably priced and the cartridges print as well as the name brand. We see no difference in them.

Money Saver
I regularly order Staples recycled toners and have had no problems reported fortunately. The issue mentioned with the tabs breaking has perhaps been resolved. As long as there are no issues, it helps me to be greener and more cost effective.

Not good quality - keeps breaking
Have tried two of these Staples brand cartridges. Both have broken prior to the cartridge running out of toner. There is a small silver plastic piece on the side that snaps off, which apparently renders the cartridge useless afterwards. This has not happened with the actual name brand cartridges. These are way too expensive to have to discard the cartridge premature...
