Terrible
These are supposed to be compatible HP cartridges. They are actually HP cartridges but because of the "chip" you have installed the HP printer won't read them. So they are useless.....

does not fit copier
This has happened twice when I put in an order for an 81a this pops up as a substitute but it does not fit.

Excellent customer service
I usual purchase the brand name but I thought this time let me try the TruRed brand. I hope it works out because it really saves the company a lot of money. So far the quality is just as good as the name brand. I'll try to give a better review when I see how long the cartridge last and if the quality is consistent.
