It’s got too many problems
The cross bars don’t tap in with a mallet very well some tap in and some don’t. So it stands a bit wonky. Three of the casters screwed in but I had to use my fingers. The wrench that came with it is not the right size to tighten the nuts. The fourth caster wouldn’t screw in very far even after trying with one of my own wrenches. The quality of the piece is pretty good and it was easy to put together. What brings the rating down is the hanging folders don’t really fit on the railing which is a pain when you are trying to slide them because they get stuck or just plain fall off the rails - which defeats the purpose of the item! Not bad but...
To put together you really have to bang the bars into it. The instructions state to use a 'mallet' to do so but they do not provide a mallet. Since I don't own one either I used a rag and a hammer. I had to bang hard enough to get the pieces in but not too hard as to damage it as it doesn't feel all that heavy duty. In the end it works for what we needed it for and th...

Not what I expected.
It's okay if you don't put to many files on it. The bars to hold the files is very thin and bendable. But it is good for small jobs. And it is very compact and easy to roll around.

It is smaller than I thought. However it is durable and has increased my efficiency & productivity. Now instead of having to roll between my 2 desks and the file cabinet to get folders I need I put my frequently used folders in this handy cart & have everything at my fingertips without wasted searching multiple locations.
