It is a process at first to understand the function to program but catch on quickly. It works with Excel and that is the best part. All Time cards are populated on a drive and can be printed and/or saved from there. I have used for 6 months now and haven't had any issues :)

Didn't last a year
Difficult for employees to have it read finger print, and it died before it was even used a year.

Easy to set up no subscriptions to buy
This product is great it doesn't need any additional software to work, no subscriptions need to be added. Just set it up and you can start your punches. The only one bad thing is that this is the 2nd time I've purchased the Acroprint BioTouch Clock and the first clock I bought over 4 years ago came with the cards for the employees to punch with.
