It is a process at first to understand the function to program but catch on quickly. It works with Excel and that is the best part. All Time cards are populated on a drive and can be printed and/or saved from there. I have used for 6 months now and haven't had any issues :)

il n'est pas possible de visualiser les heures quotidiennes ou hebdomadaires dans l'appareil. Donc les employés n'ont pas de récapitulatif de leurs heures. Ils ne peuvent pas valider si des erreurs de paiement ont pu survenir. Nous avons donc procédé à un remboursement.

Easy to set up no subscriptions to buy
This product is great it doesn't need any additional software to work no subscriptions need to be added. Just set it up and you can start your punches. Didn't last a year
Difficult for employees to have it read finger print and it died before it was even used a year.

Ok pour un produit transitoire. Les empreintes ne fonctionnent pas toujours et quand je l'ai reçu, le fichier d'importation des données employés qui est sur la clé USB ne fonctionnait pas (le plus gros des 3 fichiers). C'est le 2e que nous achetons, le premier n'avait pas ses problèmes...

waiting for a new one
Day 2 of soft deployment (3 employees)... finger print scanner does not work well enough for full deployment, so awaiting proximity badges... today the display went all crazy, pixelated, shifted 90 degrees, totally unreadable. staples arranging an exchange. stay tuned...

Terrible product.
Bought this specific one for the finger print scanner. Scanner would not read any finger print. Contacted the company and their solutions did not work, therefore there only recommendation was to use either the badges/passwords. Product was returned.

Acroprint BioTouch Time Clock
It works great for our small office. Had some issues using the finger scan made ( finicky- needed multiple attempts to read) but once we switched to the swipe cards easier logins and out. Havent really had it long enough to use any summarization or timecard application.
