Staples on Ireland Road has always been very helpful and pleasant to deal with. They do not usually carry this item in store but they went on line and had it sent to my office.

Using OEM toner saves money on services calls
I am a business IT consultant. I wind up sticking OEM toners and ink for my clients. When they have problems with the Generics they purchase elsewhere switching out to an OEM normally fixes it. By the time you count their downtime their time troubleshooting the issue my time and hourly rate they wouldn’t save money just buying the real thing especially with staples...

Being able to count on availability of toner for our office is a great relief. The fact that we can recycle the cartridges and receive rewards credits makes it a double incentive to buy from Staples.
