Brother Printer Ink purchase
The online purchase of ink for the Brother MFC-J5330DW was very straight forward and the delivery was in a timely manner. Although this printer is now discontinued the cartridges fit a number of Brother printers and I hope Staples will continue to support my printer needs.
I definitely recommend Staples for office machine needs.

Nice printer but ink goes to fast
Replaced all ink last Jan and now out of ink this Jan. I have only printed well under 100 pages and used more black only but all the color is gone.

The Extra High Yield cartridge fit well and is working correctly. Too soon the know if the pages printed justify the added the cost.

The power of ink cartridge is yours...take it! Seize it. Although not better than toners, but if you went the inkjet route and have no time or extra expense to spare, the power of ink cartridge is yours.

Poor quality prints
I have changed cartridges and cleaned the heads several times and still can not get decent prints. This printer is only 5 years old

Went to t he store to pick up a cartridge. Wasn’t in stock. A very helpful salesperson came up immediately. Checked. Not stocked. Offered to order it. It was at my front door 2 days later.

Leaded everywhere - apparently I should have ordered the 3029. That is what I thought I ordered, but when I double checked it.. Didnt look at it very well. It fit in the machine exactly as it should have, but just leaked everywhere. Brother should never make it fit other machines....
