No Savings
You would think a 4 oack would be less than buying the individual cartidges seperately. The difference is absolutely ZERO -0- Nada

Good quality ink, but unfortunately it doesn't last very long so it is quite expensive for the resulting print volume.

A little slow
Don’t get me wrong, the price at the time I ordered was the best available and the XL Magenta by itself is not the easiest to find. But the shipping was a little slow. I had to deal with the “Low Ink” warning for 2 days longer than I thought I would.

Ink was fine as always, delivery was a cluster
Did not have this at my store but promised 24 hour delivery. Ended up being 72 hour delivery and the second excuse was that "business closed when we tried to deliver." Ummmmm......the address was a residence and we were home. When I want to purchase this again, and if it is not in stock, I will shop elsewhere.

Took to long to deliver
The local store is only 1 mile from my home, but never have the ink I need in stock.
I am always forced to order online, which should only take 2 days at the most to be delivered yet it took 5 days before I received my order. Delivery always takes more time than it should.

Was running out of magenta ink for my office printer and I had already used the magentas out of my 802 combo ink packs . Didn’t realize I could get the individual magenta ink cartridges and the staples would deliver to my house. Mission accomplished in 48 hours- tremendous!

Product fine, getting it was another!
Order form stated UPS would need a signature and order would be delivered between 4 and 7pm. At 9:10pm I received email stating package made to my front door. NOT! UPS driver stated mapping couldn't find address, not sure why, looks correct to me, but all well in the end.
