The mount came with limited instructions in broken english. The piece itself that attaches to the monitor for it to somewhat rotate was so tight it wouldn't move in the angles it is supposed to. Had to unscrew everything to ensure it wasn't just stuck or screwed into the upright position it would have been in. Have yet to mount the arm to the wall yet.
