My Frankenstein creation!
Due to global supply shortage of everything. I had to compromise and purchase this item instead of the part I could not get. Even though this one doesn't have a spring to provide the up and down motion I desired, I was still able to Frankenstein together the mounting system I wanted. Did not Utilize
Ultimately did not utilize as the minimum height which it permits is higher than ergonomics dictates to wit several inches higher than if monitor emplaced on table resulting in need to tilt head upward to view top portion of display Also the C-Clamp vertical opening is not sufficient to clear the skirt on my I assume average table The C-Clamp was modified at some expens...

solid and functional
It took a little work to set up but it seems solidly built and so far it handled the monitor just fine. I wish it went higher though- if you need your monitor higher than a foot off the desk, find another option or get more of the modular parts. This one is fine, I like the hex wrench system and once I re-tightened it the monitor stays and moves how I want.
