disappointed
i realized after the fact that it had no recline; i assumed when i ordered it that a chair of that quality would automatically include a recline; yes, it was careless of me not to notice it since it does state that very clearly; nonetheless i had to send it back for that reason and order another one with a recline

Gorgeous Chair...however
The chair itself is gorgeous! Just what I wanted! However, the 'rock' function does not work. Not sure if it was how the Staples Tech assembled it or if it is a manufacturer's flaw. Needless to say, I should have tried the 'rock' function prior to the tech leaving.

Love these chairs. Covered in soft “pleather”, the up and down mechanism works well. Good lumbar support. Fits the body well.

In love with this chair!
This chair is incredibly beautiful and fancied up my work space since I’m having to work from home. It is the most comfortable desk chair I’ve ever had. During quarantine I’m having to work from home and my back was killing me with the old desk chair and this one I can sit in all day, easily! Excellent Chair
After some issues with the FedEx delivery I received my chair. Assembly is straight forward and results in a sturdy comfortable chair. I especially like the fact that it is all metal with the exception of the lift handle grip and the wheels. Looks good in the room as well.
