Perfect fit!!
I bought this chair for a large person who could not fit other chairs for his job at home. He was very happy and comfortable. He could hardly believe it.

Review of Hercules Big & Tall Office Chair
This chair was assembled at my local Staples store. I picked it up and took it home. I sat in the chair briefly and then looked at it. The chair slopes markedly to the right when looking at. Very disappointed. Will have to take it back.

Does not even last a year
I bought this chair on 4-25-2022 and it has not even lasted a year. It suppose to be a Big & Tall Chair and it has lasted a shorter time then regular chairs that you pay half the money for. Seems comfy, but leans too far back
This is a big chair, very smooth to roll around in and to turn. If you have really large legs the arm rests might press into them. The chair seems nicely padded and so far is comfortable when sitting back in it. My main issue is it leans back too far and doesn't allow you to sit up straight. Makes having good posture hard.

Okay for price
Easy to assemble. Seat is not quite wide enough or long enough for me. Additionally the arms come to far forward limiting your ability to spread legs. The lock to keep the chair from leaning back does not hold the chair locked.
Good news is cushion is great and allows for comfort.

2nd chair still not right either.
First chair I bought was defective from the warehouse. The predrilled holes connecting chair back to the underside of the seat was off, resulting in cross threaded bolts that ended up stuck halfway into the holes. Sent back. Tough to assemble
The chair itself is quite good, but the assembly is a royal pain. Not a one-person job, unless you are very strong. Getting the armrests on is the hardest part.

Great chair, but difficult to put together
This chair is very attractive, very comfortable, and very sturdy. I bought it for a big and tall person (360 lbs), who absolutely loves it.

Excellent quality HEAVY duty chair
After 2 joint replacements I like a chair that sits a little higher which this chair does and handles my weight as well. Comfy enough to get me in trouble in the office if I’m not careful.
