does not fit copier
This has happened twice when I put in an order for an 81a, this pops up as a substitute, but it does not fit.

Excellent customer service
I usual purchase the brand name, but I thought this time let me try the TruRed brand. I hope it works out, because it really saves the company a lot of money. So far the quality is just as good as the name brand. I'll try to give a better review when I see how long the cartridge last and if the quality is consistent.
