Adhesive fails quickly
The holder comes with pins to hang it in cubicles and velcro to attach the pins to the holder. Unfortunately the adhesive used to adhere the velcro is cheap and stops working quickly causing the name plates to fall (sometimes damaging the holder and leaving an ironically sticky mess to clean up.)
