Handy tool to have
Keeps the stamps from unrolling. Handy to be able to just pull the roll up and have the stamp separate from the backing. Only negative I have is that you can't always tell when the roll is getting low.......nothing is perfect. I'd still buy this again.

TOTALLY USELESS
This product totally fails as a useful product. No matter how the stamp roll was inserted and threaded, all that happened is the stamps balled up onto each other and were wasted. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

do not buy
these only work occassionally. it typically works for a couple stamps then skips one then it gets stuck. purchased these to make it more efficient when stamping large amount of postcards but it takes more time. do not recommend.

Dispenses stamps without getting tangled
I had a dispenser previously that I had to periodically adjust the cap so that the stamps would dispense properly. This one consistently works as it should.

Tried to find an item but store didn’t carry.
Store Mgr immediately offered to order it for me on line. Took no time at all. Was told it would arrive in 5-10 days with free shipping. Item was only $8 so I was very pleased there was no “minimum” purchase price to get free shipping! Item arrive 2 days later! I was amazed at the ease and a super time-saver!

Just what I wanted!
Since I could not get a stamp dispenser from USPS, I ordered this one from Staples and I was very pleased with it. The stamps separate from the backing as promised. If you would prefer not to have this feature, just don't feed the stamps through the little clips. Ultimate disappointment
This little gadget does not work well at all. The stamps get jammed at the output slot. I've reloaded it multiple times with the same outcome. Glad i did not pay more for it. Would suggest finding a different dispenser.

My main gripe is that you can't tell when you are running out of stamps without taking the lid off. Also, it pulls so hard to get the stamps up and out that you end up damaging the stamps. I will be returning it to the store.
