BEWARE .. Product shipped does NOT match dimensions shown .. too small !!!
BEWARE .. the mailers we received were NOT 16 inches ... the usable envelope space was barely over 14 inches and the website product specs and details are a mess showing totally inaccurate values for most all of the product's dimensions.

smaller than other #5 bubblemailers
The inside diameter is smaller than all other #5 bubblemailers that we have used, making the envelopes unusable. Now we find they are also an item that can't be returned (why?) If you need standard #5 envelopes don't get these.

Beware: Some may come ripped - Still decent value
Have ordered these mailers many times. Had this happen to me twice so far:
A few (5-10) out of every 100-box will arrive ripped at the bottom (direct opposite side of opening). The interior bubble plastic still not ripped, but the outer paper is done for.
