Great product love Mophie i phone 8 battery and case the battery is wonderful and the case has saved the phone so many times when phone fell wish they had Mophie in i phone 13 and ipads.

Essential equipment
I cannot imagine not having my Mophie battery. It gets me thru the workday when I am offsite without the ability to plug in to recharge. No extra cords, packs etc to bring with either. Far more convenient than other options. Worth its weight in gold many times over

Headset Problem
I was disappointed to find you can not use the lighting or 3.5mm headsets with this mophie case. I thought there would be a work around, other than using a Bluetooth headset. Otherwise, the battery case is fine.

Canāt live without this!
I travel extensively, often in more remote areas. I would be out of battery power in several hours and be stranded with no phone if it wasnāt for my Mophe juice pak

Micro USB port seems to be defective
I need to contact support about warranty. I have poor audio connecting to Apple CarPlay and charging using a cord is picky depending on which micro USB cord that I use. The juice pack air that I bought 2 years ago did not have these problems.

A bit floppy
I have been looking for a case that also included a insert for a few cards. I trust Zagg with my screen protectors but not so thrilled with the case. When using the phone on a cad mount charger the covers swings back and forth. No way to secure it and see the phone while in a vertical position using a magnet behind the phone.
