I have been a juice
I have been a juice pack user over 5+ years. I wind up replacing twice. Product is good and so is warranty. This new Mophie does not have Toggle switch to turn on and off. The press bottom switch is not clear indication. It should have small led light to show when juice is transferred to device. I am not happy with new one i am planning to send back is I don’t get the h...

Great product love Mophie i phone 8 battery and case the battery is wonderful and the case has saved the phone so many times when phone fell wish they had Mophie in i phone 13 and ipads. thank you

Essential equipment
I cannot imagine not having my Mophie battery. It gets me thru the workday when I am offsite without the ability to plug in to recharge. No extra cords, packs etc to bring with either. Far more convenient than other options. Worth its weight in gold many times over

Headset Problem
I was disappointed to find you can not use the lighting or 3.5mm headsets with this mophie case. I thought there would be a work around, other than using a Bluetooth headset. Otherwise, the battery case is fine.

Beautiful Case
I absolutely love my mophie juice pack case. It’s made of a smooth black matte finish and very comfortable to hold in my hand and looks great❤️🙏

Can’t live without this!
I travel extensively, often in more remote areas. I would be out of battery power in several hours and be stranded with no phone if it wasn’t for my Mophe juice pak

Micro USB port seems to be defective
I need to contact support about warranty. I have poor audio connecting to Apple CarPlay and charging using a cord is picky depending on which micro USB cord that I use. The juice pack air that I bought 2 years ago did not have these problems.

Nice, but…
I had two of the 1st Gen (apparently) juice pack airs. The juice packs finally gave up the ghost so I was thankful I could get two replacements for my iPhone 7s.
The difference between the old and new juice packs is that the new juice packs will turn off when the phone is fully charged.
In addition, after recharging the new juice packs, they have to be turned on again...

Manual
It would be helpful to explain how the Mophie works when the iPhone goes down in power, also if there is a way to start the Mophie working before the phone goes down to zero,

Great product. Have used Mophie
Great product. Have used Mophie since my 1st iPhone, BUT PHONE CALL-IN FOR OVER 1 HOUR IS ABSURD AND UNACCEPTABLE. WHY NOT FOLLOW OTHER COMPANIES' POLICIES OF CALLING ME BACK WITHOUT MY LOSING MY PLACE IN LINE????????
