Recieved this for Christmas...everything was great... until it wasn't. The brush no longer rolls or is powered...so maybe? a belt
This is where the bad review comes in. YOU CAN'T ACCESS THE belt or anything else in the head of the vacuum without some strange shaped tool. It is ridiculous that I have to try and locate this somewhere or order something JUST TO GET it ope...

Works Fabulously!
light easy to maneuver and no stinky bags. I have Huskies and this vacuum nicely grabs the hair up and traps it in the canister. I love how I can empty the canister each time I vacuum instead of smelly vacuum bags. I would love to have an extension to the hose for up high vacuuming with dust attachment and hard floor attachment.

I bought this vacuum on black Friday 2024. As much as I really liked my previous Shark vacuum, is as much as I dislike this new one I just bought. I had my last one almost 11 years but it didnt have a removable pod, which I thought I would like but I don't like it at all. It has great suction. However, replacing the roller requires way too much effort. You have to remove at least 6 screws , two of which are underneath the front wheels. This is totally unnecessary.

Long lasting, powerful, allergic free
I have had my Shark Navigator for about 15 years. The reason it has lasted so long is because I have taken care of my part of the bargain. She gets her rollers and wheels checked and cleaned, her canister, filters cleaned and dried and she is emptied after every use.

Terrible redesign
Have a new NV360 Navigator Delux. Very disappointed that the attachments are placed on a curved handle permanently attached to hose. It lacks the traditional 2 extension wands, so, I have to move tables to clean floor behind, can not just reach in with one or two wand extension tubes, terrible lack. It was. not broke, genius designers fixed it anyway

Powerful Dog Hair Disposer
I purchased this vacuum with the goal of having a stronger tool to manage double-coated dog hair and kid cleanup. And it's exceeded my expectations! Not a winner
I loved my old Shark but this one is not my favorite. It doesnāt roll nicely even on low pile carpet, the attachments donāt stay on the hose while vacuuming or on their storage spot, and it just feels overall clumsy. Iāve decided to get rid of it after about a month of trying to get used to it.

Great suction
Iāve had the vacuum a couple weeks now. Iāve always bought Shark brand vacuums but the suction on this one is out of this world. Seriously so amazing!

Difficult to Push
I don't know what I could be doing wrong. I got this for Christmas and have only used it twice. Both times I could barely push it across the floor. It seemed to move more smoothly when I was pulling it back but pushing it forward feels like I am going to damage the carpet. I would love any and all suggestions.

Horrible product
I purchased this product because my old Shark upright started making funny noises and I must say this Navigator absolutely SUCKS and not in a good way. It's a poor design and I can't stand this product. I will be looking into other brands from now on

I regret buying this vacuum
Suction Is good but the rest of the vacuum is cheap. Doesn't even have half the features of the one I bought years ago. Capacity has been reduced, no light, the swivel head has reduced motion, weighs the same if not slightly more then my older one
