Awesome vacuum!
I love this vacuum. It has amazing suction. It is also light enough for me to carry when needed. It comes with attachments to do all the cleaning I need to do. I like that the wand and hose can detach for different cleaning I need to do and places I need to reach. This vaccuum lasts for years!

Not good vacuum
Did not work properly. Vacuum had no rubber to rotate brush for suction of dirt. Not satisfied. I need a refund

Hepa filter and attachments are helpful.As long as you clean it the suction should stay strong. Recommend using water in the plastic portion before dumping it out so the dust doesn’t become airborne.

New Owner
I purchased the NV360 because my carpet was beginning to lay flat in the high traffic areas. I was looking for a Vacuum that would lift the carpet up. I also have a Riccar Supra-Lite that I was using and I'd have to go over these areas many times to get the carpet up. The 960 did a much better job and the carpet looks like new again. Motor breaks at 2 years & can't be fixed!
They don't last! Purchased 2 Navigator vacuums and the motor in both died at 2 years. Will never buy another Shark.
And they use proprietary parts so can't be fixed!!! Scam!

Ok, but could be better
I've had a Navigator NV360 for a few years now. It's a decent product, but there are a few annoying shortcomings:
1. It doesn't come with a simple brush accessory. I think that earlier models had this. Makes upholstery cleaning less effective/efficient than it could be.

too heavy for older people..anyone over 50
I bought this in December, after reading reviews and viewing the videos..I am a fairly strong 70 year old and it takes real muscle to use this vacuum on carpet. I have changed the setting on the suction and still doesn't run smoothly over my carpet. Long Lifetime
I really appreciate this vacuum. The one I own is 8 years old and works as well as when I first bought it. I'm trying to find a replacement canister to prevent having to buy a new one. Other than that I have no complaints, and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great vacuum.

Motor quit after 3 years
Purchased this vacuum about 3 years ago. The vacuum itself performed well, however the motor just went out. I pulled it apart and noticed the gasket crumbled into pieces and sucked up into the motor causing it to fail. I also had to replace the hose about a year ago due to a tear from normal use and wear. Replacing the brush is ridiculous. Sad.
Vacuum itself was great, but changing the brush -- something they recommend doing every 6-12 months for optimal cleaning, btw -- is HORRIBLE. Look at the videos online. You need special screwdrivers and there are over a dozen screws, some in almost-impossible-to-reach locations. RIP OFF!! Don’t waste your money
I have 5 of these (1 bought them for my kids and two for me). What a waste of money! Four of the five hoses have ripped and they aren’t covered by any warranty after six months! The cost of a new hose is astronomical!!

Great for the price
I bought this in October of 2023. It is great value for the money. I did my research and it was the best rated vacuum in the price range. My only complaint is that it did not come with all the tools I needed. After two years, it is still working. I have cleaned it out a few times a year and replaced the filters. It still works great! Don’t purchase for carpets.
I can not push this product on carpets after following all the adjustment advice. Works well on wood but is the worst carpet vacuum I have ever owned. Would not recommend as a carpet vacuum. Will need to purchase another product
