Does not last!
These Brother cartridges do not last. I purchase all new cartridges on 4/9/18 and now had to reorder today, 4/24/18. It costs me more a month for cartridges than it cost for the printer! Ridiculous.

Slow shipping
This is a great product. Staples sipping has gotten ridiculously slow. It should not take 11 days for delivery, this includes 6 days for Staples to process the shipment.

these are good toners. they produce quality copies and so far we haven't had any leaks or with these as apposed to the off brand toners.

Name brand is the way to go
If you're questioning whether or not this toner is worth the money then I suggest you take the leap and make the purchase! You won't have to buy another cartridge for MONTHS

Good product but vastly overpriced
Brother fixes the price, but if you get reward points from Staples that helps, and if you also use a Chase “Ink” credit card to pay Staples, you save another 5%.

I ordered cyan, magenta and yellow. The cyan and magenta cartridges were fine but when I installed the yellow one it kept saying to replace toner. I had to speak with Brother to troubleshoot and they are sending me a new toner. For some reason the one I got from you didn't work.
