Does not last!
These Brother cartridges do not last. I purchase all new cartridges on 4/9/18 and now had to reorder today, 4/24/18. It costs me more a month for cartridges than it cost for the printer! Ridiculous.

Black Toner
I hate we cannot return. We buy in bulk and use when needed. We finally used this purchased item from over a month ago and when we put in the printed it did not work. Just wanted someone to know that the item was defected.

Gets the Job Done
I like the Brother Cartridges that we order, I just wish they would last longer than expected. During this time of year, we have several projects going on and we use a lot of ink. If ONLY there could be an XL cartridge made by Brother that would make my life a lot easier. Just a thought. Thank you.

Quality of 431 cartridge
As an authentic laser printer cartridge, the quality is very poor. I have been using after market refills and they were better than this very expensive product.

New Copier - First time buying toner

Customer Service ALIVE and well in Aliso Viejo
Staples stores near to me were all out of stock and evidently had no way of checking inventory at other locations and did not offer to take my number and call when new inventory arrived. The people at the Aliso Viejo store however took time to check shelves, back room, etc. and offered to hold two toner cartridges until I could make the 25 mile drive to their store. Fin...

so we use this printer in our warehouse all day long 7 days a week and i have to say that the cartridge lasted us almost 5 months for all the copies we made it was worth the money.
