Not as expected
Purchased to replace a 20 year old similar sign. Did not know that the open/closed sign has to be removed entirely from the display turned around and reinserted to change open.closed. So stiff I am afraid it will knock the entire sign down. Not enough letters only 3 "Y's. Impossible to spell Monday - Friday (hours of operation) Saturday By Appointment with only 3 ...

Good but not great
The sign is good but thought you could push the open and closed part up and down but you have to take the sign out and actually turn around and put back in.
