Disappointing output
The amount of copies obtained from this toner is way too low for our office. We don't understand why our printer cannot use the higher yield toner and are so far disappointed with both the toner and the printer.

Defective toner
From the time that I started using the toner, it created a smudge line down the entire page about 1 inch from the right edge. Clearly a defective toner.

It says right on the box it is for an HP M608 though it does not fit that model.

OEM quality product
I've never had a bad experience with HO OEM toner cartridges. They just work. It's nice to know that they just work, no leaks or broken mechanisms as with some remanufactured. They may be expensive, but quality and reliability are worth it.
