DON'T BOTHER.
I tried this product because it saved the office $10. I've been changing the ink in my Canon for many years now, so I know how to do it. These manufactured products do NOT work, at least not in our copier. Would never purchase again.

No one knew
Fed Ex notified me my order would be delivered to the store that day, but when I got to the store no one knew anything about my order. When I returned the next day to check on my order, the salesclerk still could not locate my order so she called a manager.
