It works
The 2450 size battery is hard to find and even harder to get out of the package, but it seems to make the Ford key fob happy.

I was pleased to a find that your store carried the battery I needed. I came to the store; came home; switched out the old dead battery with the new one and I was able to open and close the four blinds in my kitchen/family room.

Once I got it open…
I assume the battery will perform well as I’ve had good experiences with Duracell. I had such a difficult time trying to get the battery out of the blister pack (I thought it was fused on) that I actually had to go back to Staples, where a very nice employee did it for me. I’d recommend having them get the battery out of the packaging for you. Might save you a trip!

Button batteries at Staples!!!
It was a great relief to find button batteries at Staples. Not only is there a great selection in stock but they’re located near the cashier area where they are not likely to be stolen.

Selection of Batteries was rather small
I generally prefer Energizer batteries. They seem to last longer and, even if Duracell and Energizer are marked as 3 volts, the Energizer powers my electronics longer and has better surge voltage.

Not compatible with the 2430
An associate referedto something online and told me it was compatible with the 2430 which I needed for a remote. It was not. It is much thicker and did not fit. I returned it

Small Size Big Power
Found a fancy clock radio at the thrift store which required a new battery back up to keep time when the power goes out. I figured out how to put the new battery in and now even though the power has gone out a few times, I have not needed to reset the clock. Wonderful!

Finally Found Car Remote Batteries!
We must have been in a half dozen stores to find the batteries needed for the car remote. The dealer has them, but, oh, the price! Found them here for half what the dealer would charge.
