Poor Quality
I ordered this office chair 10/10/2021. Today is 2/23/2023. In less than 1.5 years, The leather on both arms and seat are craking (see attached photos). We love the chair. There is a small issue with the right arm. Where the material of the arm and metal part meets it is possible to lift up the material part.

Lopsided
I wanted to love this chair. However, the seat cushion is lopsided and was causing me to tilt while sitting. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement. Didn't even last 30 days.
Chair arm broke where it attached to the bottom of the seat. No way to fix it. Chair is unusable.

Replacing Parts Too Often
Three years into ownership, and Staples makes you jump through hoops before they will honor the warranty. You need to have the original receipt - regardless of the fact that I've had to call to replace parts before. Doesn't matter if the manufacturing date tag on the bottom of the chair shows it is well within the original warranty period.

Very comfortable office chair
I bought my first office chair at Staples years ago. I thought it was time for an upgrade. Fortunately Staples was having a sale. My new chair was inexpensive and plush. I did not appreciate the heavy pressure to buy the warranty which along with sales tax added about $30.00 to the price. Still it’s a great chair.
