Poor Quality
I ordered this office chair 10/10/2021. Today is 2/23/2023. In less than 1.5 years, The leather on both arms and seat are craking (see attached photos). I'm about 165lbs and use this chair in my home office (working from home) 8-10 hours a day and 5 days a week. Although the chair is very comfortable, the leather is not durable as expected. Assembling the chair wasn't easy. The Allen Wrench didn't cut it. Still don't feel like the arms have tighten down like the should be

Lopsided
I wanted to love this chair. However, the seat cushion is lopsided and was causing me to tilt while sitting. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement.
