Poor Quality
I ordered this office chair 10/10/2021. Today is 2/23/2023. In less than 1.5 years, The leather on both arms and seat are craking (see attached photos). Lopsided
I wanted to love this chair. However, the seat cushion is lopsided and was causing me to tilt while sitting. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement. Didn't even last 30 days.
Chair arm broke where it attached to the bottom of the seat. No way to fix it. Chair is unusable.
