Packing excellent. Instructions clear and parts well labeled. As instructions say do not tighten bolts until told to do so. Seat is firm (more than the La-Z-Boy chair this chair replaced). Warranty is 5 years versus 10 for La-Z-Boy. I do not like the location of the seat height handle. It is so far back that you need to be off the seat in order to allow it to rise....

good chair - pick up issues
2 people listed as pickup persons..but NOT when we got to the store...they only had the name of the person NOT there! Seriously! Why bother!

Problems with seat
The seat cushion leaned to one side and was unsteady. A phone call to Staples solutions diagnosed the problem and they sent me a new cushion and base. I have to say they were very friendly and helpful. Taking it apart and putting it back together was a pain however.

It is a beautiful chair very comfortable. It was assembled for me very quickly and fits perfectly in the room for which it was intended. I told a friend about the purchase and she said she wanted her husband to go take a look.

None of the adjusters work
This chair would be great if the adjustments worked which they don't: the height-adjust lever doesn't do anything and the tilt knob doesn't turn at all so the chair's back is constantly at an angle and provides no real support. A bad investment.

Best Office Chair
This office chair had the best combination of ergonomic features. The high back and the lumbar support made it the best. Combined with the sale price and my Staples rewards points it became the best value.

New Chair
Assembling the chair wasn't easy. The Allen Wrench didn't cut it. Still don't feel like the arms have tighten down like the should be

Adjustment issues
The lever to raise and lower the seat are hard to reach when the chair is all the way down. Also the tilt knob doesn't do much at all.
