Super Comfortable
So far the chair has been fabulous. Super comfortable and very comfortable. Check back in about a year that is usually when chairs start to fail .

Given as gift will not know until Christmas! Box did not arrive in good condition just hope it is not damaged.

Comfortable not ergonomic
This chair makes for a really comfortable seat. However as noted in other reviews it is made for very large people; there is a lot of extra room on the sides. The large size also puts the chair at a greater distance from the desk than is ergonomically sound. Also the armrests move forwards and backwards but not up and down.

Incorrect description
While this is a quality chair it is only suited for "Big" not "Tall". It is actually shorter than most standard task chairs. It will only be useful for "wider bodied" users not tall users.
