Did what I needed it to do for my PS5 and TV.
Its been 4 years since I have owned this and I have not had anymore issues with my playstation 5 or anything else that I have plugged up to this with the frequent power outages my area usually goes through. Definitely recommended.

Had to return to manufacturer
I plugged the unit in and received a dead battery message. I phoned tech support for the company to ask if this was normal as the battery is rechargeable. The manufacturer said that this was not normal. Using the serial number they looked up the manufacturing date and determined the item was about five years old! They sent an RMA to ship the unit back to them for rep...

poor
2 dead on arrival in a row. Not one but two of these units received one day apart were no good right out of the box.Returned the first one for another of the same model only to have the second no good either. I didn't try a third time!

Excellent UPS
The last CyberPower UPS I had was destroyed by a nearby lightning strike that also destroyed other UPSes and electronic equipment in my home. However the CyberPower UPS did its job and protected the equipment that was attached to it. I'm a CyberPower believer now.

Love CyberPower
I had a CyberPower before and it lasted years before the batteries went out. We ordered another CyberPower and we replaced the batteries in the old UPS. Now we have more outlets available. You would think 12 outlets would be enough but some of the internet connections waste three plugs. A suggestion to CyberPower would be to have oulets rotated in different directions ...

Powerful UPS at a reasonable price

Back up protection at its best
Great product and great support on a perfect sale. Using this for my Starlink and internet backup battery protection. All I own in my house is Cyberpower plus I have a whole house surge protection and backup generator.
