Comfortable but Low Quality
The chairs were comfortable but the arm rests are low quality materials. They come out of the box looking beat up as the grey paint was already cracking. I could not return them as it was past return period by the time they were opened.

Sorina Chair
Decent chair for the price. I like that the arms fold up and the overall appearance. The seat cushioning is a bit inadequate so I can't sit for any extended amount of time. I'll likely look to purchase some sort of cushion for added comfort.

This was a Christmas gift to our Boss. When we opened the box and put it together, we were amazed at how well it was made. In comparison to his old chair, (which I have no idea how long he has had it... but it has been a l-o-n-g time), it was like going from a vw bug to a limousine!!!

Love the chair, hate the delivery
The chair is wonderful. The delivery was ridiculous. It took them 3 tries to get it here. No where near when we were promised. Unacceptable

Recline is too stiff.
Cushion is okay and it was relatively easy to assemble solo but it's hard to recline back even after loosening the reclining knob all the way. Giving 3 stars instead of 2 since I am not sure if that's by design or a fault. But the way I wish to use it, it's just not great. Keeping because got it cheap enough to fret about trying to return it.

Don’t buy
This chair only lasted 11 months. The Hydralic plunger doesn’t hold anymore and now the chair is at the lowest setting. It only has a one month return policy on it.

A versatile office chair that is easy to adjust.
This chair is larger than I anticipated but works well for my purposes. I like that the arms can be used up or down. I also like the ease of raising or lowering the chair. It was a little tricky and took a while to put the chair together but the instructions were fairly clear.

This chair is perfect for my procurement job. It rolls easy and the armrest move up and down. It is not too wide so it fits perfect between my desk and wall/window and it is comfortable to sit on while providing support. The grey looks richer than the black.

Comfortable but not
Easy assembly nice looking chair. I love that the armrests tilt up. I play guitar and need that option. However I sure hope the chair breaks in more. The tilt option is just awful it's way stiff and short meaning it doesn't go back far. The cushions are stiff too. I work 10-7 at night man it's going to be hard to get through a shift on this thing.
