Plantronics Voyager UC 5200
Love it so much, that I purchased one for my personal use cell phone after getting one for my work cell. Great call quality, really does block out background noise, just excellent all around. As with any headset, it takes a little time to get used to it, but now I forget that I’m wearing it. Love, love, love it!

Device stopped charging
This item failed to charge 4 months in ownership. No warning - just ran out and wouldn't charge.

it is a nice device but can't get it to work with our company laptops since they have blocked blue tooth capabilities. so would be nice if it had one with a dongle.

Phone calls last only 15 min
Great for books.

It’s a good bluetooth headset — the third one I’ve owned
I like it. It’s very much like the 5250 I had before. Has all the controls I need. Good styling. A little uncomfortable when worn for long periods but the right-sized earpiece helps. You don’t want to roll around with it on when laying down as that eventually breaks the rubber.

I love this earpiece. So convenient, comfortable, and reliable. I forget I'm wearing it. I can wear it while cooking, mowing or picking up around the house! Easy to charge!

Starting to show its age, but still solid
The Plantronics 5200 headset really is a wonderful headset for phone calls . I work next to a regional airport, so I deal with lots of loud noises. The noise cancellation works really well. My only gripe is that the sound levels in the ear aren’t great since it isn’t a tight fit like AirPods are. It works well with Siri and people don’t say that I sound like I’m far awa...

It's OK
I feel the piece that goes over your ear is rather big and doesn't feel comfortable. Also, the sensor that knows if it's up to your ear is finicky. Even after shutting the sensor off, people don't always hear me. Though it seem high quality and I would purchase from this brand in the future, I won't recommend this device.
