Chair That Does Not Recline
I did not see that the chair does not recline. My mistake but why would anyone make an office chair that does not recline?

Lumbar support is OK, but

NICE CHAIR FOR THE MONEY
I like the chair overall. The only thing I didn't like about it was the fact that you cannot adjust the back. It is fine for me as I like to sit straight up but someone else who likes to lean back a little might have a problem. Over all it is a good sturdy chair and actually quite comfortable.

Difficult to put together. Directions were not great. The handle on the adjuster is missing but it works so didn't complain. Price was right.

Not the quality the picture promised!!!
I wouldn’t purchase again. The picture makes the chair appear to be of better quality, I was expecting something much nicer and got a chairs, had I seen it, wouldn’t have purchased for our staff, I feel like the they deserve something nicer.

Desk chair
I do not think that picture reflects the chair I got. For starters this chair appears to have a High back..mine doesn’t. The back of the chair only reaches 2/3 up my back and I’m 5’4”.
Secondly, the lines..that separate the tufting on mine, the stitching is crooked.

I wished I had listen to some of the comments.
1) One of the handle could not be installed properly, like screw would not go in properly. I did read previous comment where someone say they handed up removing the handles. I just did not believe it. I can't have a chair without handle for sure. So will have to live with it, I guess.
