Stopped working after a few months
Expensive Headsets stopped working after a few months. User could hear but others could not hear them.

Love the headsets but on second pair because the when connecting the second part of headset with the mute button the headsets doesn't work.

Does not cancel any noise.
It does not cancel any noise. And the fabric is so bad it makes your ears sweat a lot.

Great Sound!
Currently use a wireless Plantronics and had a horrible time listening to customers. Switched to the Blackwire 5220 Stereo headset and the audio improvements were 500% and some. I definitely recommend.

Well
Maybe it’s not worth the price a few more dollars could buy something more advanced but it’s comfortable clear sound and mic works well. I really like the fact I can mute/unmute from the cord or answer a call plus it also has the option of the regular headphone jack if you don’t need the usb or mute/call buttons.

I am very impressed with the Plantronics Blackwire 5220 Noise Canceling Stereo Headset Microphone Over-the-Head Black (207576-01). They are so comfortable soft on the ears & great sound. Have not used them yet with phone calls. A great product to buy.

Good sound
This headset is very easy to use and I like how the microphone mutes if you move it up on the headset. I only draw back is that I have a big head and it squeezes it to much. Caused a headache.
