Very pleased
Just received this safe. So far I'm very pleased and hopefully it will never be put to the test. I purchased because it has a 1-hour fireproof rating when many other models only had 30 minutes. It's heavy but that's good and to be expected. It seems to be excellent quality.

Review of Honeywell Safe and Delivery
The Honeywell Safe is exactly what I needed. However it was delivered to my nextdoor neighbor. My address is on my mailbox on the right side of my storm door and on my garage door. Since the safe weighs 41 lbs and I'm 70 years old I had to get a hand cart out of my garage to bring safe over to my home. Very disappointed in delivery service.

Heavyweight Document Protection
The case is quite sturdy and the perfect size to hold my important paperwork. My one complaint is that it is very heavy so is hard to lift.

Staples staff are exceptionally good
I’m not sure yet whether this product is right for me but the customer service from Staples staff at your Broadway and w. 80th store in Manhattan is sensational. I so appreciate “Ange” and “Jon”’s help. They really made it easy. Jon in particular helped me enormously. We’ll see about the product but I must compliment your staff at that location.

Have not used it yet.It is a bit larger than I need but it had the best fire proof water proof rating. Heavy to move around. Thinking about a platform with casters. Honeywell waterproof fire chest
It is a size that very few places carry. It's exactly what I needed. It arrived within two days of when I placed the order. I would definitely recommend this product. I am relieved to finally have something that is fire proof and waterproof that holds my important oversized documents.

Happy with purchase
I had searched “far and wide” (online) for a fireproof safe for legal-size documents. Some were fabric (supposedly fireproof) but I didn’t trust that it would work so I decided on this hard case.
