I am very happy with this purchase because as a senior, I found it easy to open and lock. Pretty heavy but I can still handle it!

This will NOT fit 8.5x11" letters!
This product advertises:
- Fits letter size documents
- Interior size: 3.7" x 13.1" x 8.5"
The former statement should have an asterisk next to it, as it will only fit A4 letter sizes. Not 8.5x11", which is common in my part of the world.
The second statement is definitely wrong. At best, it's 8 3/8".
As such, if you put in an 8.5x11" piece of paper in it, it will o...

Does the job
Needed to store a few jump drives with years of photos, important documents and papers inside and this is perfect size - easy to carry, lift and open when necessary. Not huge but big enough to fit what I need to protect.

Bigger than Expected
I was not sure that it would handle 8-1/2x11 papers, based on the specifications. They do fit, but not fully flat. I was surprised at how much paperwork and documents fit in this small case. It weighs a bit more than expected, but it is solid and seems to be built to last. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter last year. She just opened it after 6 months and all of her documents and passports are covered with mold and ruined. Just what I needed!
I was looking for a smallish, fireproof lock box, and this fit the bill perfectly! I wasn’t interested in a box that contained batteries, that would have to be changed periodically, but one that had a key and a bolt for security….this was it!!

OK, I apologize for the pun. Seriously, this safe is perfect for our needs. It holds legal-sized paper, and it's not too heavy to lift and carry should we have to leave the house in an emergency.

I was amazed
I was amazed to find out that the instructions said to open the safe every 2 weeks to keep moisture from affecting the papers. Not what I expected when I purchased this safe for my important papers. It should’ve been printed in large letters on the outside of the box.
