Honeywell safe
It was perfect size but major problem changing lock code. I called but 3 days was too long to wait when my new SENTRY safe arrived before I got a call back. I returned it to Staples and very much like my SENTRY safe.

Strong and Heavy
This 100 pound safe is truly fire proof (verses others which are not). Set-up is confusing.

Perfect size safe for home use
Roomier than thought for my needs. Like the tray for smaller documents and items. Easy to configure with new code and not so heavy to move to final location.

Key won’t turn, door won’t open
Very disappointed when I near broke my back to get the safe to my home to find out the lock is frozen. The key won’t turn to open the door, and I got support on the phone to tell me it may need greasing. Grease the lock and it still won’t turn. Worthless if you can’t initially get the door open with the key, you can’t put the battery in for the digital lock combo. S...

It arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted and needed. Easy to use although I don't think I'll use the keypad. All I have stored are old papers and photos so I wanted it to be large and fireproof. I could get rid of the safety deposit box.
