Safe is disintegrating before our eyes
The safe was fine for couple years. Now, it is growing a yellowish, orange foam expanding out of it like 1970's sponge candy. Black paint is flecking off everywhere. Honeywell will not return numerous messages. Avoid this product.

Does not last
The safe was fine for the first year or so, but then started blistering everywhere and shedding yellow power. The shedding turns to a weird crust around door, jamming it. For fear of no longer being able to even open it, I can even close the safe anymore. Poor product.

Honeywell safe
It was perfect size but major problem changing lock code. I called but 3 days was too long to wait when my new SENTRY safe arrived before I got a call back. I returned it to Staples and very much like my SENTRY safe.

Key won’t turn door won’t open
Very disappointed when I near broke my back to get the safe to my home to find out the lock is frozen. The key won’t turn to open the door and I got support on the phone to tell me it may need greasing. Grease the lock and it still won’t turn. It arrived on time and was exactly what I wanted and needed. Easy to use although I don't think I'll use the keypad. All I have stored are old papers and photos so I wanted it to be large and fireproof. I could get rid of the safety deposit box.
