HP Instant Ink Printer
I am delighted with my 15-page plan print free for life HP printer. I don't print very much and my ink was always drying up. I have told many of my friends about this offer and I'm so happy I was able to get it before it went off sale. Question: did my month begin the first day I set my printer up?

Great quality!
Great quality, good price, and easy online shopping. I am still navigating the HP Smart Subscription for printer ink, so I purchased the smaller cartridges until the others arrive.

The Ink
This is my second HP printer and had to change ink type. I like HP ink cartridges and worked great for me. I work from home and do a lot of printing which uses a lot of ink.

Did I get a defective color cartridge?
I loaded the 2 cartridges into my printer and kept getting the message that something was wrong with the color cartridge and to take it out and reload it again. Planned Obsolescence
The reason I had to buy the new cartridges was because the instructions from the printer told me to re-seat it. When I re-seated it, the printer refused to accept the cartridge. This is nothing new and my experience with HP cartridges on several printers. The print quality has always been good and the printers are generally durable. The issue with the cartridges has not...

The ink was not accepted by the printer
I am not sure if this is an ink or printer problem by the Envy printer I have would not take accept the black cartridge and even after several hours of troubleshooting - my only course was to by another cartridge. What a Complete waste of time and money.
